Full House Theatre Company is governed by a board of trustees. However on a day to day basis Artistic Directors Harriet Hardie and Ben Miles run the  show.

Ben Miles: Artistic Director. After graduating from Central School of Speech and Drama Ben first worked as an actor in Paris. He then returned to London and joined Big Fish Theatre Company as an performer and education facilitator. He worked for them on three South London tours. After being involved with a CSSD graduate theatre company, Searing Edge Ben soon joined forces with Co-Artistic Director Harriet to form Full House. Ten years later and the company have moved on from North London and a green plastic storage box in the shape of a house to a very smart innovation centre just outside Bedford. The company continues to thrive and Ben continues to enjoy the varying elements of responsibility that it brings whilst juggling a career as an actor.

Harriet Hardie: Artistic Director. Harriet, also at Central, has worked in a variety of settings in education, theatre, film and media before joining forces with Ben to create Full House. Her previous work includes theatre and community projects with displaced people in Azerbaijan, two TIE tours for Big Fish Theatre Company and working as a casting assistant for NBC television. As Artistic Director Harriet manages a variety of projects at every stage of their development from conception, through pre production to the final product. Harriet is also both a performer and Director for the company.

Sophie Loosemore. Sophie has only recently joined the Full House team. She studied a BA in Performing Arts at De Montfort University (Bedford) before becoming an apprentice with Springs Dance Company in London completing a UK tour in 2008. Since then she has become a freelance dance artist working in many schools across the UK. Sophie has also worked in the Arts Development Team for Northamptonshire County Council and for Northants Dance. Her new role in Full House has been funded by the Harpur Trust (Bedford Charity) for one year. Her work will focus on developing strategic partnerships and Applied Theatre Projects. She will also support the delivery of existing applied theatre and education projects, particularly in Bedford Borough.
